  • New Clients: To ensure a safe and comfortable experience, we ask that new clients arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of class. To receive a proper introduction from our instructors, studio environment, and equipment.

    Returning Clients: Please plan to arrive at least 5 minutes before class begins. We understand occasional delays happen, returning clients may enter the studio up to 1 minute after class has started.

    After this grace period, the studio doors will be locked to ensure the safety of all participants and to maintain an uninterrupted class experience.

  • If you need to cancel a class, please do so at least 8 hours before the class start time. If canceled on time, the class credit will be returned to your account for future use.

    • Late Cancellations: If you cancel less than 8 hours before class, you will lose the class credit.

    • Unlimited Memberships: If you have an unlimited membership and cancel late (less than 8 hours before class), a $15 late cancellation fee will apply.

    • No-Shows: If you are signed up for a class and do not attend or cancel, you will be charged a $20 no-show fee and lose the class credit.

  • If a spot opens up in a full class, you’ll be notified and have 1 hour to accept your spot.

    • If you accept and it's more than 8 hours before class, you can still cancel without penalty, following our standard cancellation policy.

    • If you accept and it's less than 8 hours before class, normal late cancellation and no-show fees apply:

      • No-show: You’ll be charged a $20 fee and lose the credit

      • Late cancellation: You’ll lose the credit, or if you're on an unlimited membership, you’ll be charged a $15 fee

    Please only join the waitlist if you're reasonably sure you’ll be able to attend — especially within a short window before class.

  • If you are pregnant, we kindly ask that you consult with your healthcare provider before participating in any of our classes. Additionally, please reach out to us prior to registering and let us know how far along you are in your pregnancy. This will help us better understand your needs and recommend the most appropriate class for you at this stage of your journey.

  • For the safety of all participants and to maintain a focused, disruption-free environment, we do not permit entry once class has been in session for more than one minute. Late arrivals will be marked as a late cancellation. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to arriving on time.

  • No, we provide mats for all Mat Pilates classes. However, if you prefer to use your own, feel free to bring it with you!

  • You may place your membership on hold for up to 60 days for a fee of $20 per month.

    To cancel your membership, please provide written notice at least 30 days prior to your renewal date by emailing us at admin@culturepilatesdc.com.
